Nat leads Events at Lux Capital, where she oversees the firm's marketing-sponsored events and develops strategic initiatives to strengthen Lux's community engagement and network-building efforts.

Prior to joining Lux, Nat was part of the Creation team at General Catalyst, where she managed events across AI, fintech, crypto, and healthcare verticals while also leading programming for the Women@GC affinity group. Her expertise in events management was honed during a decade-long career in the music industry, where she served as a Booking Agent at prestigious agencies including Liaison Artists and CAA, and as a Talent Buyer at Pollen. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a consistent ability to bring communities together for meaningful connection and collaboration.

Building on her background in both venture capital and live events, Nat combines strategic vision with tactical excellence to create impactful experiences for Lux's network of scientists, founders, and inventors. She oversees signature events while developing systems to measure and enhance the impact of the firm's in-person programming.

A first-generation American with Uruguayan roots, Nat holds a B.A. in Screen Arts & Culture and International Studies from the University of Michigan. Outside of work, Nat continues to pursue her passion for music by DJing in the Bay Area. She is an avid world traveler and nature enthusiast, and she is constantly exploring new terrains to hike across. Nat is based in the Menlo Park office.
