Tracie Rotter
Tracie leads Platform at Lux, where she serves as a connector across the portfolio and the broader Lux ecosystem. From seed to exit, Platform works with companies to engage their first clients + hires, secure strategic partners + leaders, and access tools + resources they need. Tracie’s mission is to harness the power of the Lux network to fuel each company’s growth.
Most recently, Tracie was a SVP at Experian where she worked with a team of premier data scientists + engineers and startups + strategic clients to incubate new products with a focus on reusable identity, blockchain data, and ESG.

Tracie is no stranger to venture capital. She was a Partner at GV (formerly Google Ventures), where she spent 10 years as a program creator & scaler, strategic operator, and relationship builder. She co-founded GV’s Partnerships practice, designing and managing how global companies work with startups to drive innovation through commercial opportunities, partnerships, strategic investments, and M&A. She also built out and ran GV’s cross-Google collaboration programs and network of external partners. Committed to diversity and inclusion, Tracie led the Women@Google Irvine ERG and continues to serve as a facilitator for the global #IamRemarkable initiative.

Before Google, Tracie held roles in consulting and non-profit with a focus on implementing new technology. As a consultant at Accenture, she worked with clients that included Caterpillar, Verizon Fios, PepsiCo, Pfizer, MetLife, and Hertz.
She has a B.A. in Economics from Duke University and a MBA from Duke's Fuqua School of Business.
